My name is Ashley. I am Pearl Grit. I am an Empowerment Coach for First Responders. I have been in Law Enforcement for 12 years.

I have seen things. I have been through things. Just like you. I am no stranger to the darkness that life and being a First Responder brings forth. I have fought through many battles on my own. My personal battles gave me the strength and grit to be who I am today.
